With a background in international business and 8 years in asset management at CBRE Vietnam, Duy made a bold career shift to follow his entrepreneurial passion. He trained at HRD Antwerp and GIA, becoming one of Vietnam’s most knowledgeable diamond specialists. In just nine years, he has grown Tierra Diamond from a humble jewelry workshop into a reputable brand with 12 locations across the country and nearly 200 employees.
