Masterix: the new MI-03

The company presented its new MASTERINJECT PLUS (MI-03+), a MASTERIX proposal that doubles the potential of the previous MI-03. The entirely automatic system has been improved and re-adapted to the greater dimensions of the new injector, with loader, self-centring clamp, a 25 cm³ syringe and a 7" touch screen.
In this way, larger moulds of up to 150x130x55 mm can be inserted, contemporarily taking advantage of the automatic system, which is able to speed up work times considerably and reduce waste.
The new MI-03 has automatic start up, makes the operators work easier and is immediate and compact. Moreover, the cooler, whose temperature can be regulated using the touch screen, accelerates wax removal. The machine helps to increase production and is recommended for non-expert operators.
