From Bassano del Grappa, in 1958, to Romano d’Ezzelino in 2018. A few kilometers but 60years of activity. Now at the helm of G.B. F.lli Bertoncello is the family’s second generation, but one thing has remained the same, and in fact, continued to grow over time: commitment to the job. This is how the company has managed to go from a local firm to a world leader in the design and manufacturing of electric furnaces and machines for gold, silver, costume jewelry and watch-making.
New born in G.B. F.lli BERTONCELLO are the ALPHA and OMEGA furnaces that represent the concept of casting and cylinder baking, thanks to which G.B. F.lli BERTONCELLO gaves, after careful analysis, a concrete answer to the needs of those who use casting.
The ALPHA oven is the baking oven of plaster cylinders with waxing and wax recovery system on a special tank characterized by a heating system with separate heating elements in two autonomous zones in order to guarantee maximum control of the temperature inside the furnace in every moment. In addition, to harmonize the temperature, an innovative air recirculation system has been studied inside the furnace. The control of the temperature and of the phases of the cycle is entrusted to the PLC and a user-friendly VIDEO TOUCH SCREEN and DATA PRINTER identifying at any time every loaded cylinder that can be recalled in front of the automated discharge door.
The OMEGA casting is the machine with induction heating, vacuum system and pressure, which allows to transform the simple alloy into the designed object and is characterized by three process chambers: casting chamber - containment chamber and movement of the plaster cylinder - communication chamber with the cavity present in the casts cylinder.
