ASEG Galloni: new proposals at OROAREZZO 2018

ASEG Galloni, founded in 1948, was the first company in the world to produce electronic induction machines for melting and casting special metals, precious and non precious alloys for the jewellery and dental markets. A constantly developed technology that aims at keeping up with production needs, user security and environmental protection.
The overall production has now reached 25,000 units of which 80% is exported all over the world.
ASEG Galloni's catalogue includes basic environmental pressure versions, vacuum-assisted pressure and centrifugal versions and static furnaces.
PRESSOVAC DUAL PYROMETER is a fully automatic vacuum and pressure casting machine (3 bars) for gold, silver, platinum, steel and palladium alloys. Build in hundreds of examples, the 2018 version has a new optic pyrometer to control the temperature and a touch-screen panel able to memorize 50 casting programmes. The screen also displays the real-time pressure, temperature and power parameters.
Additionally, G1 ULTIMATE is a fully automated vacuum and pressure casting machine (3 bars) with superior productive potential for gold, silver and aluminium. A constantly updated best seller, the position of the components in the latest version has been rearranged, separating the mechanical-pneumatic section from the electronic controls.
Then there is FURNACE, a modular static furnace for manual casting in flasks or ingots, available in the basic version with defined dimensions, on which constructive options and accessories can be added: power (6 kW or 10 kW), kit (gold, steel, platinum), manual casting (basic module) or with motorized crucible tilting system.
Lastly, MULTIPLE JECT, a casting machine for brass, silver and aluminium, designed to combine high casting quantities and fractioned vacuum pouring into different moulds.
