(Italian Association of Metal Finishing) dedicate the seminar "Surface Treatments for Jewelry, Goldsmithing, and Fashion Accessories: Tradition and Innovation," on Sunday, May 12, focusing primarily on laser techniques, fostering a dialogue among all stakeholders in jewelry and fashion accessory production.
Also, on Monday, May 13, the "Precious Fashion" talk focuses on fashion accessories for the luxury sector. JEWELRY STORES: STATE OF THE ART ACCORDING TO FEDERPREZIOSI

Federpreziosi and Format Research, a market research institute, organize a talk on Sunday, May 12, examining sector sales data through a comparison between national and local representatives. Amidst this unstable context, Federpreziosi aims to find a balance between Artificial Intelligence, automation, and personalized customer service with the talk "If Communication is Luxury."
CAREER DAY OPENS DOORS TO WORK IN THE JEWELRY INDUSTRY
Oroarezzo welcomes the future generation of goldsmiths with the Career Day on Tuesday, May 14.
Exhibiting companies searching for skilled professionals can meet with students from Arezzo interested in entering the jewelry sector. Five schools offering courses in goldsmithing or precious metalworking are participating, including Technical Institutes "Margaritone" in Arezzo and "B. Varchi" in Montevarchi, Comprehensive Institute "G. Marcelli" in Arezzo, and artistic high schools "Piero della Francesca" in Arezzo and "G. Giovagnoli" in Sansepolcro, involving around a hundred students. The initiative presentation will feature speakers like Roberto Santi from ITS TAB Foundation and Paolo Torriti from the University of Siena, presenting the "Master in Jewelry History, Design, and Marketing."
