Violi's machinery and patents

For over 25 years Violi has been offering its customers a wide range of machinery dedicated to goldsmithing production, designed, patented and developed through continuous research and innovation.

In the field of cold drawing, the company has developed a series of machines capable of responding to the various needs of speed, length, drawing power and ease of management.

The series consists of hydraulic drawbenches with variable lengths and powers from 10,000 to 30,000 kg of pull, used for the reduction of section and thickness of round or complex profile tubes and bars.

The last patent obtained by the company in the field of cold drawing is that for the extrusion hydraulic die, with which it is possible to draw tubes up to 80 mm in diameter, dedicated to the production process of the bracelets.

All the machines can be equipped with splicers, manual / motorized squeegees, calibration counterblades and the necessary equipment according to customer specifications.
